Diane Brawarsky
Through the interplay of colors, textures and forms of painted images and physical objects, I tell stories that echo my past experiences. My work reveals that memories are real and imagined, personal and impersonal, and opens a space for the viewer to register an emotional response.

Jerzy Kubina
Ceaseless observation of the constantly changing reality which surrounds me provokes a struggle for a new quality of expression.  Genuine creative process is fundamental in my exploration.  My artistic work is an attempt to express my reflections on spiritual and existential values.

Kit Demirdelen
When my children were born, I started working in fabric because I needed a medium that was portable and didn't require an elaborate studio.  At first, using felt was a substitute for painting, but as I worked with it, I began to love its organic quality, and the act of sewing spoke to my new role as mother.  The bold patterns and colors connect me to my own mother, who loves Marimekkko dresses and who taught me to sew.  These sewn pieces are very intimate and are a link between the generations of my family.
