Justin Kauflin is an award-winning American jazz pianist, composer, producer, educator and Quincy Jones Artist. He performs worldwide, has recorded on 31 albums, composed the film score for critically acclaimed documentary Keep On Keepin On, published 29 original compositions and produced 4 albums as leader. After losing total vision by age 11 and a decade of classical violin and piano, Kauflin switched to jazz piano in high school at the Governor’s School for Performing Arts.

He began performing jazz professionally at age 15, most notably with the Jae Sinnett Trio. In 2004, Justin attended William Paterson University in New Jersey where he was taken under the wings of legendary trumpeter, Clark Terry and became a member of the Clark Terry Ensemble. He graduated summa cum laude, moved to NYC, and at age 23 produced, led, composed and performed on his debut CD, Introducing Justin Kauflin.

Nilson Matta is a Brazilian bassist and composer. He has been based in New York City since 1985. He is also known for his work with Trio Da Paz, Don Pullen’s African Brazilian Connection, Joe Henderson, and Yo Yo Ma.

Matta is continually focused on passing on his talents and experiences to the next generation of young bassists. He is a member of the International Society of Bassists and often appears as a featured guest and performer at their conventions. Matta is also well known for his teaching ability, which has been showcased in different settings around the world.

Roseanna Elizabeth Vitro is a jazz singer and teacher from Arkansas. In 2012 she received a Grammy nomination for Best Vocal Jazz Album for The Music of Randy Newman.

Roseanna Vitro is the product of two distinct cultural strains: Her father, who ran the Flamingo nightclub, divided his music affinities between the pluck of Frank Sinatra and the homeland finery of Italian opera. Her mother sang country and gospel songs by way of the church.

Levin Brothers feat. Special Guest, David Spinozza

Pete Levin, as a French Horn major, earned a master’s degree from the Juilliard School. In the early ‘70s he switched to keyboards, becoming a synthesizer specialist in the New York City recording studio scene. Over the years, he has graced hundreds of jazz and pop recordings and performances with Miles Davis, Gil Evans, Jimmy Giuffre, Dave Brubeck, David Sanborn, Joe Louis Walker, Don Elliott, Freddie Hubbard, Annie Lennox, Charles Mingus, Jaco Pastorius and Wayne Shorter. He currently records with his organ trio with Dave Stryker and Lenny White.

Tony Levin has become the bass and Chapman Stick voice for Peter Gabriel and King Crimson since graduating from the Eastman School of music. In addition, he has played on notable recordings for John Lennon, Pink Floyd, Lou Reed, Alice Cooper, Dire Straits, Carly Simon, Judy Collins, and many others. Tony has major jazz credentials, having worked with Buddy Rich, Steps Ahead, L’Image, Gary Burton, Chuck Mangione, and Herbie Mann. He currently records and tours with Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, Stick Men, and The Crimson ProjeKCT.
