For over two decades, the Bill Charlap Trio – with bassist Peter Washington and drummer Kenny Washington – has reigned as one of jazz’s top groups, displaying jaw-dropping chemistry and on-the-fly interactivity, the result of their superior technique and hard-earned experience. Time Magazine wrote that Charlap “approaches a song the way a lover approaches his beloved. When he sits down to play, the result is an embrace, an act of possession.”

From his groundbreaking, influential 1970 Harlem River Drive LP through today, master pianist Eddie Palmieri has expertly blended diverse influences — the rhythm of his Puerto Rican heritage with the complexity of his jazz inspirations Thelonious Monk, Herbie Hancock and McCoy Tyner — to earn 10 Grammys, Smithsonian National Icon honors, the Eubie Blake Award, the NEA Jazz Master Award and a lifetime Latin Grammy Award. Don’t miss his trio in Tarrytown.

Voted Best Brazilian Singer in the US by Brazil’s press, her articulate creamy mezzo was called “the perfect vehicle” for the music on her critically acclaimed 2018 album Loving Whisper, for which she wrote half the songs. The World Music Report raved she “has always been an artist of the first order.”
