The Mechanical Music Extravaganza is a collectibles show devoted solely to the buying and selling of "wind-up" antique phonographs; including Victrolas, Edison cylinder phonographs, and much more. In addition, you will find thousands of vintage records — both 78s and cylinders. Dealers also bring music boxes, parts, as well as memorabilia. The merchandise offered at the Mechanical Music Extravaganza dates from the late 1890s through the 1930s. The MME is held at the Wayne Police Athletic League Building in Wayne New Jersey which is conveniently located off of Route 23, one mile north of the I- 80 and Rt- 46 interchange in Northern New Jersey near Willowbrook Mall. The Mechanical Music Extravaganza is within minutes of several major hotels and plenty of restaurants. Plus, Wayne is part of the greater New York Metro area: located approximately 20 miles west of Manhattan, and is served by Newark Airport.
